Important Party Notes

  • Parties that include laser-tag will play as a group in laser-tag sessions open to the public.
  • The CrazyZone is open to the public for all birthday parties unless scheduled as a private party during non-peak hours.
  • All CrazyZone guests must wear socks.
  • A $50 Non-Refundable Deposit, cash or credit card, is required at time of booking.
  • Payment in full is due the day of the party.
  • Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Personal checks and American Express are not accepted.
  • Outside food is not allowed except for cake and ice cream.
  • Parties may be booked on the hour beginning at 11:00 am on Mondays (when OPEN), Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays and at 10:00 am Saturdays & Sundays.
  • We ask that you book on the high side regarding number of guests as there is limited space in Laser-Tag. You will be charged for the number booked but with a two-person downward leeway. If the final count will be less than the two-person leeway, then you are required to provide us three days notice.
  • If the number of party guests is more than originally booked, please call immediately to check if extra space is available.
  • Parties are booked on a first-reserve, first-serve basis. If your schedule is busy, we recommend booking three to four weeks in advance.
  • It is very important to arrive for your party on time. Guests arriving late may miss the laser-tag portion of the party and tables are reserved on a strict schedule. There is no need to arrive early.
  • All guests will be required to complete the sign-up waiver via computer kiosk or paper waver. For younger kids, their parent or guardian must complete the waiver.
  • Seating is guaranteed for paid party guests only.
