An Emphasis On Weekends
The business of family fun is primarily a weekend business and as such each employee must be available to work at least 2 weekend shifts per week. A weekend shift includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

We offer a competitive pay system which includes a bi-weekly customer satisfaction driven incentive program. This allows employees to earn as much as three dollars per hour above minimum wage in addition to other bonuses related to exceeding customer expectations. All employees are cross-train on all staff positions. You may be assigned particular positions more frequently than others.
Front Counter/Registration Staff:
This position greets customers, operates the laser tag game control system, assists customers with their laser tag and play zone registration and sign-up, checks-out customers using the POS system.
Redemption Counter Staff:
This position assists customers with their prize selection, stocks and maintains prizes, and helps to maintain cleanliness throughout the games area.
This position briefs and trains customer on the use of the equipment as well as coaches, facilitates, and referees the laser tag games.
This position assists customers in the game arcade while providing game maintenance including loading tickets, fixing ticket and token problems, and maintaining cleanliness.
Craze Cafe Attendant:
This position makes and bakes pizza, serves customers various menu items, assists hosts and hostesses tending to parties, and operates the point-of-sale (cash register) in the sale of food products.
Adrenaline Zone Attendant:
This position supervises, assists, and interacts with kids in the inflatable zone to ensure safety through the following of the inflatable zone rules while also ensuring the areas cleanliness.
This position is currently part-time, with full-time potential. This person assists in the management and operation of the LaserCraze facility including directing and supervising staff to provide exceptional customer service. The responsibilities of an Assistant Manager include opening and closing the center, technical operations related to arcade games and laser tag equipment, cash handling, as well as performing staff duties.
